Office Cleaning

Background:

As the team prepared for a quarterly all-staff on-site meeting, they needed their office thoroughly cleaned and polished for a professional, welcoming feel. The workspace included executive offices, a conference room, a shared open-plan area, a kitchenette, and two restrooms.

Kingsley’s 24/7 Cleaning Services was contacted to carry out a deep office cleaning over the weekend to avoid disruption to business operations.

Scope of Work:

Full surface dusting of desks, chairs, blinds, window panes, and shelving

Vacuuming and mopping all tile and carpeted areas

Computer and electronics safe wipe down

Disinfection of all high-touch areas: door handles, elevator buttons, switches

Restroom deep-cleaning: toilets, sinks, tiles, and ventilation grills

Kitchenette sanitation, including cabinets, appliances, and countertops

Air purification and deodorisation using hypoallergenic products

Challenges Addressed:

Heavy foot traffic had left floor scuffs and stains near entry points

Dust buildup behind server racks and under office desks

Smudged windows and dirty blinds obstructing natural light

Our team used professional-grade floor scrubbers, HEPA-filter vacuums, and anti-static microfiber cloths to safely clean electronic surfaces and restore sparkle to glass installations.

Result:

Visibly cleaner, more vibrant office space ready to host clients and team members

Improved indoor air quality with fresh scent and allergen reduction

No business interruption, thanks to our weekend scheduling flexibility

Client rebooked monthly scheduled cleaning and quarterly deep cleans

Client Feedback:

“The office looked like it was newly furnished. Every surface was gleaming, and our team members were genuinely impressed. The Kingsley’s team is professional, punctual, and detailed—exactly what we needed.”
